Please note that we do not have places currently available, but you are welcome to submit an application in order to get onto the waiting list.

You may print out the time sheet, have it signed by the department you work for and send it to Merna Morse at 25 Birchwood Lane, Lincoln, MA 01773. You may also fill it out on your computer, save it, and email it to the department you are working for, with instructions for them to forward it to Merna at jm8807 @comcast.net with the note that they are in agreement with your hours.
