Among the groups are:
40s and 50s Social Group, First and Third Mondays, 9:30—11 am Socialize, make connections, and share what’s on your mind.
Inspirational Themes, Mondays, 11:15 am Benjamin Franklin said, “Life is 10% of what you make of it and 90% of how you take it.” This group will focus on inspirational themes including gratitude, abundance, purpose, dreams, love, creativity, etc. As you join in this process with like-minded people, your daily outlook will be filled with even greater optimism!
Let’s Connect Group, Mondays and Wednesdays, 2 pm Join our “Let’s Connect” groups to chat, check in and feel connected! Talk in a caring atmosphere about what’s on your mind. You may attend either or both sessions or participate by phone.
Being Single, Tuesdays, 12:00 pm Share experiences, hear what others are doing, and learn effective ways to cope. Be supported and make new friends!
Widows/Widowers Group, 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 10:00 to 11:30 am. Meet others who have lost spouses for a social time with people who understand.
Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, 1st and 3rd Thursdays, 11 am Share ideas and concerns with other primary care providers to grandchildren.
Declutter Your Home, the second and fourth Thursday of each month from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Join us to learn why we have clutter and tips on getting organized. We will discuss member successes during the week as well as how to get past blocks. Come see how we can turn your good intentions into actions. Buddies can be arranged.

Finding What’s Next Group, Fridays, 11:00 am Explore simple ways to have greater joy and meaning in your life! This group will help you discover what is truly important to you and how you want to spend the next chapter of your life. In this inspiring group, you will hear what others are doing and be supported in your endeavor to get more out of life.
Blissful Meditation, Fridays, 12:15 pm How would you like to sit back, close your eyes, and have your mind, body, and soul completely relaxed and nurtured? These regular meditations will deepen your overall sense of well-being and calm. Come join your fellow meditators and share this blissful experience!
Mind-Body Circle, the first Friday of each month at 1 pm. Come join our Mind-Body Wellness Circle to share experiences, ideas, and resources about holistic health practices.
